Alternative Healthcare Practitioner

To certify, please complete the following steps:

1. Follow the blueprint certification requirements.
   
   
2. Provide appropriate proof and required documentation required for certification.
   
   
3. Complete the appropriate application: Alternative Healthcare or Eternale.
   
   
4. Send completed application, required documents and payment by one of two ways:

Note: To renew certification, applicant must pay $65 per year and have 20 CEU's in continuing education credits.
