Apply and Pay for Certification
Application Process
In order to receive certification, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
1. Determine the type of certification you're requesting.
2. Determine the correct application and fee.
3. To mail or fax your application:
- Print and complete correct application
- Attach appropriate documention to verify your credentials
- Mail your check or money order along with application to:
NTCB, 507 Old Toll Circle, Black Mountain, NC 28711 - Or fax application and all documents to 828-357-8415. Payment can be either sent by check or money order or you can pay online.
NOTE: If you prefer to pay by credit card through the mail, don't forget to include your credit card number and expiration date on the application.
4. To pay online:
- Complete correct application
- Either

Acupressure Certification and recertification - $65 per year + $25 for each additional certificate. |
Alternative Healthcare Certification and recertification for Alternative Healthcare and Eternale Consultant is $65 per year. |
| Aromatherapy | Colon Hydrotherapy, Homeopathy, Hypnosis, Naturopathy, & Nutritionist |
Aromatherapy Instructor - must be currently certified by NTCB

Biofeedback Technician Recertification - $65 per year + $25 for each additional certificate. Biofeedback Specialist Recertification - $65 per year + $25 for each additional certificate. BCIA or Other Reciprocal - $95 + $25 for each additional certification Concurrent Biofeedback- for applicants already NTCB certified. $25 for each additional certification Technician Employee - for Biofeedback / Neurofeedback employers only

Note 1: If you wish to order a new or replace a lost or damaged certificate issued through the NTCB, please send $25 along with your request.
Note 2: If you are reinstating your certification after expiration, you must enclose an additional $25 reinstatement fee in addition to the certification fee.
